At Yellows & Whites Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering our pasteurized liquid egg products and other egg-based food items safely, hygienically, and on time. Since our products are perishable, we take special care to maintain their freshness and quality throughout the delivery process.

1. Shipping Locations

  • Nagpur (Local Delivery)
    • We currently provide home delivery in Nagpur & Mumbai.
    • Orders are processed and delivered within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
  • Outstation Orders (Other Cities)
    • We are in the process of expanding to metro cities and will be available soon.
    • For bulk or special orders outside Nagpur, contact us at shipping@yellowsandwhites.in for details.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges may apply based on order value, location, and delivery method.
  • Free delivery may be available on eligible orders.
  • Bulk or special orders may attract separate shipping charges depending on quantity and destination.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed for delivery on the same or next working day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next working day.
  • We do not dispatch orders on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Delivery & Handling

  • Our products need cold storage, so they are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness.
  • Once your order is delivered, refrigerate immediately to ensure maximum shelf life.
  • Our delivery team follows strict hygiene protocols while handling orders.

5. Order Tracking & Updates

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS after placing your order.
  • Delivery updates will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Issues & Returns

Since our products are perishable, we follow a strict no-return policy after delivery. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it:

  • If your order is delayed – Please contact us at shipping@yellowsandwhites.in with your order details.
  • If your product is damaged on arrival – Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with clear pictures at shipping@yellowsandwhites.in.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability – The order will not be refunded, so kindly ensure your shipping details are correct before placing an order.

7. Bulk & Business Orders

  • For bulk, distributor, or business orders, please write to our founder. We provide customised shipping solutions for large orders.
